Pico Embellisher Brushed Embroidery!

If you've ever seen a cake decorated with the Brushed Embroidery technique you'll know how lovely it is.  Well, I decided to give it a go on some cards using Imagine Crafts StazOn Studio Glaze &  irRESISTible Pico Embellishers!

This is the featured technique over on the Imagine Crafts Blog today...

The tutorial gives step by step instructions on how to make the poppy card.  There is also a complete list of supplies used.  Below are images of each of the cards I made.  You can vary the look by the length of brush strokes you use....some very short (in the lily card) or other longer strokes (the poppy card).

I do wish though that you could feel the texture that using the Studio Glaze and Pico Embellisher creates on the card...it is really quite fun.

Lily (JFF Stamps)

Free Hand Flowers

Apple (JFF Stamps)

Poppies (Unity Stamp Co)

Pop on over and give it a look if you have time!  I think you'll enjoy this technique if you give it a go as it's very relaxing.
